Water Leak Detection

Your water supply line is the main link that connects the plumbing system in your home to the public main water distribution line. Water lines typically run under roadways, yards, and driveways. Unfortunately, pipes designed to stay concealed underground and/or within your home have a limited lifespan. Leaking water lines shouldn’t be ignored. Not only does it incur costs, but it can also cause considerable damage to your foundation.

Slab Leak

A slab is a concrete foundation on which some houses are built. Water and sewer lines often run below the slab. A slab leak can occur in either  the hot or cold water line. A water leak can also accumulate underneath the house, thus causing the entire slab foundation to shift or sink.

Slab leaks can be caused by various factors such as running water faulty piping, deterioration of plumbing, and/or natural causes such as significant rainfall, or slab settlement.
